Through pre-recorded lessons, reflective practices, guided meditations, ritual exercises, and curated readings, participants will engage topics such as ancestral wisdom, African and Indigenous spiritual traditions, energy and embodiment, historical and intergenerational trauma, decolonizing spirituality, the sacred feminine, ritual practice, and pathways toward personal and collective healing.

About Dr. Kimberly J.

Dr. Kimberly J. is a spiritual scholar, author, educator, and healing practitioner dedicated to helping Black women heal the effects of intergenerational trauma through ancestral wisdom, ritual, and embodied spiritual practice. She is the founder of Soul-II-Soul Healing Institute. A former corporate executive with an MBA in Finance, she now holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Religion with a focus on Women’s Spirituality. Dr. Kimberly J. has presented her research at Harvard Divinity, the Parliament of the World’s Religions, and the Association of Black Psychologists. Her writing blends scholarship, memoir, and sacred practice to empower personal and collective transformation.
